Louis vuitton buys as whole markets ie. Europe, Middle East etc. The UK is part of the Europe buying market stock may run out online because its a separate part of the business and they hold stock in UK warehouses however I hear they're trying to integrate the online business and store business.
So to be clear if something is available in Europe (some items do stay on EU web even after discontinued though) it maybe available to order from stores so don't look at the website and think there's no stock there's a lot of items such as leather, shoes etc that stores can order even if there is seemingly no stock. They also will be able to pre order items or give you a date that they can pre order which is usually a few weeks before launch. All stores are available during lockdown so reach out to one of them and they'll confirm about the empreinte Neverfull. Sometimes it maybe a bit early for them but be persistent with stores even if they don't know now ask to be contacted closer to the time.

Thank you - this is really useful to know. I don’t have an SA and just purchase online currently. Everytime I’ve tried to call store in U.K. I keep getting transferred to main customer service line and they haven’t been the most helpful hence me reverting to purchasing online. Can’t wait for stores to reopen!

No worries, there's no store telephone lines all the SAs have their own mobiles hence if you call a landlines it goes to customer services. I'm the same can't wait for stores to open much prefer the store experience... you can book a virtual appointment with a store online just select your nearest store or any store you fancy then a SA will give you a call back. Feel free to DM or post in one of the UK/EU threads if you need more help

I love the Ombre Neverfull & the MPA of the SS Collection. :love:
Hope I will be able to get one since we recently moved to a new country and I have no SA and/or sales record here.
I think I will try to order via one of the Madrid shops, since so many things are always not available online, as I've seen in the Spanish online shop.

I was curious about speedy b in DA too bc I don't really see too much of a diff between this and regular one but I'm pretty sure the price diff will be kinda significant
