I have to say it's a bit like AM auditioning for Miu Miu but hey ho, it's so everything, I'd say pic what you like and leave the rest. I don't know what the official title of the show was but I'm calling it either Aless in Wonderland when it's good or Michele in Cloud Cuckoo Land when it's nonsense. Why does everything have to be everything at once???

e.g. I :heart: that Bamboo handle striped bag :loveeyes: but I'm going to put the pic of that GUCCI writing black bag 'thing' in the trash coz I don't even want a pic of it stored on my computer. As for the :kitty: bag, I love cats but...

I think it's like going into a vintage shop. It's as though you have to see each piece for what it is and how it will fit with ones own wardrobe and not try to make sense of the general collection altogether.

BTW, there were 67 outfits on the runway, that's a HUGE show

ok, it took Alessandro a while to warm up, but I am simply LOVING all but two of these bags [especially 2 and 3]

love the TFE snake detail, and the running GG too

not loving the shoes, but loving the bold risk he took

not feeling the RTW.

I actually like the Black embossed bag, it's not quite my style, may not buy it, but if I received it as a gift I would be very happy, and I am LOVING the BTH bag with the snake detail, shoes and RTW not my thing....but on the bag front, I feel like he's getting A LOT warmer. Looks like he's taking a cue from Frida though, and digging into the archives, and putting a new spin on older styles

I've said it before and I'll say it again, I LOVE where Mr M is going with his bag designs. I can forgive him the truly repugnant RTW, as long as he keeps going with these beautiful bags! He'll see me in the poor house if he keeps this up.

I like that the bags are nice, structured shapes. Not all of them are to my taste, but I like a few...

I especially like the cat one (providing they make an option without exotics - I am not a fan of exotics!) and the stripey one with the bamboo handle and green/red strap. Not keen on the black one with the 'GUCCI' writing though...

Shoe-wise, I am not keen at all :(.

Thanks for posting these pictures. I'm just not feeling it but I haven't been a fan of Michele. I agree with you on the black GUCCI written bag - it is the worst. And I'm cat lover too and normally I have hard time resisting anything with a cat motif but they aren't working for me for some reason. I could see where he was going the Bamboo handle striped bag and I also thought bag was the Dionysus in snakeskin was nice. But generally no temptation for me here. Would be interesting to know how sales for RTW are doing at Gucci. Really miss the sophistication of Frida.

The kitty bag looks old. It should be fun, but instead it just looks old. And I totally agree about the black bag. Whoever wears the bag is screaming "I'M WEARING GUCCI! YOU SEE MY GUCCI? IT'S GUCCI!" I mean, no matter how much I love a brand, I can't wear such a big logo. It just looks tacky.

The rest of the bags are nice, though.
