SPRING and SUMMER BAGS for the heat!

We r getting a lot of hot sticky days - might hit 38 by end of the wk! What bag do u use on these days?

Same as I always do? Are we supposed to wear a different bag when it's hot outside? I don't do anything different for cold, either, and you know it gets cold in MinnesotAH. Eh!

The only time I think about the weather affecting my handbag is when it is pouring cats and dogs out. Then I change into something that can take the water. Otherwise......heat, sun, clouds,wind.....eh...

If I'm going to be hot, sticky and sweaty, I won't carry my light colored (coral) Lp bag. That leather absorbs everything! I'll carry something that I can wipe off. My Treesje Mortale Pouch is perfect for hot, sticky days!

When it's super hot out, I try to use a small bag with only the necessities as the heavier the bag is the more annoying it is in the heat.

However, I must not be following that this year. I've been using a large Gucci Sukey for the last month or so. Definitely not small or light (after all the stuff I pack in it).

I carry the same bags in the heat as I do on "normal" days. I really only take weather into account if it's pouring...

I don't carry bags with vachetta if it's pouring or during those days when I know I'll be putting on sunscreen.

I use all my bags year round except when it rains I use my patent leather bag.

I use all my bags year round. I only get concerned when it's raining or snowing.

I try not to use untreated leather as sweat and sunscreen can darken the bag. I love crossbody bags for hot, sticky days!

I only have 2 bags at the moment and 1 I never use.Hence its suede and too small. The other is all leather and we are are a part of this heat wave to and I havent even considered not carrying my hobo. I carry my bags all yr. round

what is ur bag of choice on hot days? i find leather can get a bit sticky. is nylon better. did i read the lining in le pliage bubbles in the heat?

When it's hot, it's better to carry a lightweight bag.
I live in the South of France, the temperature is 30 at the moment and I have got a Le Pliage which I use in summer. The lining doesn't bubble at all!
