Speedy made in USA quality?

The ones made in the USA are made of chicken leather and recycled grocery sacs, with plastic hardware.
Just kidding! 😃 It should meet the exact same quality standards.
I have pieces that were made in France, Spain and the US and, based on my experience, there isn't a discernible difference.
I have a Speedy DE 35 made in USA and an Artsy made in France and I can't tell the difference in quality but the Artsy material is a little bit more supple. I've had both for about a year and no quality issues whatsoever with either bag.
I have a speedy b 25 DE and speedy b 35 DE both MIU. I have a speedy b 30 DE MIF. Their quality is identical, but perhaps the 30 MIF has a little worse finish on the hardware, or at least it is not wearing as well as the 25 and 35. You will love your MIU bag!
Each manufacturing site has the same quality standards. I was told , years ago, by an LV repair specialist at my boutique, that bags made in the US have had fewer quality issues than any other location within their corporate structure (he said this was for years running). I'm not sure what that's based on, customer returns/repairs from each site etc. but I found it interesting.
