I’m sorry, I’ve had that as well where the store won’t call back or email back. I know they are busy and it’s frustrating. I’ve been trying to get some items and not in stock online and none in stores and my SA retired so I have no contacts anymore... I would just stalk the website and sign up for their back in stock notification ..

Hi...I just received mine today. It's gorgeous but has a couple of flaws. The screen print appears to be rubbing off on a small section of the front. Also, I'm not sure if this is a flaw/defect with mine or if it's normal for this bag but has anyone noticed their interior zipper pocket being on the wrong side of the bag?

Oh no! Are you going to return? This might be a silly question but how do you figure out the pocket is on the wrong side? I’ll have a look at mine

I’ll check my pocket for you tomorrow (I’m in bed now). Can you put on a photo of the bag to show where the flaw is, please. I’ll do a comparison shot for you tomorrow so we can work out if it’s part of the print or a flaw xx

Edit to add, the Speedy print does have lighter white bits and lines, as does the NF. Hopefully you’re looking at one of these parts and my bag will show the same.

Where is the scratch? It looks fine to me?
