I have noticed that some reps have more power than others. Keep calling back until you get one that can and will call another location. Only time they will not do this is if it’s your first purchase.

Call again and try someone else. I have a sales associate with client services who I now purchase with instead of a in store associate and they can order items located at other stores and have it shipped to me.
The loop is small, I had it in mono and returned it…It was hard putting in items along with a phone with the zipper and shape.

i am slowing liking the speedy but I just don’t think I would use it, although I thinks it’s so pretty. I did buy the time out sneakers with the floral LVs….
Ok so it arrived…and there’s an issue! I thought it was a scratch at first but actually it’s smooth and unscuffed, so I actually think a streak of silver pigment managed to get on it. It looks worse in the picture, but client services have said don’t return unless I source another as they are unorderable and not in many stores in Europe. She said she thinks there are 5 left in Europe at the moment. So it’s a waiting game to see if I get another! However, I still wanted to show you guys as it is beyond beautiful, and oozes quality! It feels beautiful, and the leather on it is gorgeous!!
It is gorgeous!! I wouldn’t let that mark bother me, but also it never hurts to keep an eye out for another one.

I managed to snag one! I’ll take your advice and compare them once it arrives. It’s mad I never wanted a speedy before this, they did nothing for me, but this just caught me!
