Unfortunately, after seeing a youtuber with the OTHER style, I decided to sell it and have sold it since BUT am still yet to re-purchase the other style.

I think you can ask Samorga to customize your order though. :cool: I think there's a youtube clip out there where one girl, got Samorga to adjust her insert.

I'm also on the market for one of these speedy organizers. From what I'd gathered, the samorga is not heavy and a single layer of felt does prevent sagging. The effect is visible but there is still some sag. So if you absolutely dislike sag or want to minimize it as much as possible I would play it safe and go double. The review said there is hardly any visible difference in weight.

Hi there, I am currently also looking for an organizer insert for my speedy. May I ask which other style insert are you looking into? I'd read good reviews about Samorga (only thing is they take super long to arrive), but I'm also curious about other brands. Thanks for sharing ~~

My black samorga just arrived, I also just sold my empriente speedy so I didn't get to see it match up. Waiting for my new speedy in Aurore to come this week. I will post updates.

They might take long but definitely well worth it. My order took about 3 wks. I just order 3 more adding on customization. I tried to contact about customizing but there was no response. I thought maybe suggesting for customization after u pay may make a difference. However, after trying to organize my black one, it works either way for me. I ordered the LV-s25-2 with the removable velcro. I wok post pics after my empriente speedy arrive this week.

The speedy empreinte in Aurore is the next bag on my wishlist ~~ Just curious did you order her from the US LV site? I love that bag but have yet to justify the price for her >.< I'm placing an order for the Samorga soon. Can't wait to see your pictures and update =)

Lolz. Don't give up. They won't reply but they definitely get your order in once u pay. Guess money talk since they are in very high demand. Worth ever penny though. I have OCD so I love it.

Yes. I ordered from US Website. I originally like to purchase from the stores. But after looking through a couple speedy empriente infini and it looked very used and sagged, I decided to purchase online hoping that it's brand new. For that price, I dislike going through someone else's hand. If it was still very new looking, I don't mind. But not when it's fading, embossing is light, and extremely sagging. Has anyone notice this as well? I hope my online packaging is good. I ordered 2 SLG items and the packaging didn't include the leather straps nor the sticker tags. But since it's rose ballerine pouch and key holders, I just ignored it. Still would expect more from am online order.

Well that's the problem. I wanted a custom order and they never acknowledged anything. I sent measurements with my request and not a peep was heard from them.

I see. I did read someone emailing them constantly and frequently to get their noticed and finally they responded. Maybe u can get them using the same method.

Eh, if I have emailed a company more than 2 times already, and still no reply, they clearly don't want my money that badly, and I'll find a company that does.

It's a shame. Their product is so nice but very lack of customer service. I wished there's a way it can be better but I guess u do what u have to. I understand your frustration.

All the best and good luck on the Speedy empreinte, I hope the online order works out well for you. Can you keep me updated on the condition of the online order please? Such as whether the bag came to you folded flat or in its original shape, and does it come with a draw string dust bag or the folded down flap type? I'm considering getting the same bag in the exact same color myself soon. Thanks loads!!
