I purchased mine Feb 5 and it barely shipped out yesterday. Have you tried contacting them through the website? They responded to me the next day. I hope you can order yours!
Did they respond by email or Facebook? I ordered on January 18th and again on Jan 28th and have sent three emails. I still haven't gotten one response yet about shopping info. I'm thinking of giving it until next Wed, and no response I will file a complaint
I believe that error message occurs when they close shop temporarily. Weird message, I know. But it's to prevent orders during closures.
I emailed Lee and mentioned PAYPAL sent the money and I had not received confirmation regarding the order. He emailed right back. I also asked about modifications to my order, again he emailed right back. I ordered mine on 1/29 and he sent it out on 2/5. I can't figure out how to track it with the Korean mail site but am confident it's on it's way. I think they shut down the site for a few days to catch up on orders (probably from all of us!) Maybe if you mention PayPal you might get a quicker response. Worked for me.
They responded through email . I just received a receipt from PayPal but nothing through their website. I gave them my invoice number and they pulled it up through there. I thought that was weird. I just checked my e-mail and Lee sent my tracking number, he told me it would take about two weeks for it to arrive. I'm in the U.S.

Yes, I emailed them directly without using their website. Maybe I will hear something once their site reopens.
UPDATE: I'm such a ditz, I just re-read my previous posts. I placed my order on Jan 25, not Feb 5, and they just shipped out two days ago. Sorry for the wrong info.
I'm sure you will. I've heard great things about their customer service, the only negative was the shipping. I bet they're backed up a lot 😕 keep us updated
I am looking for the same kind of thing as well. I have the Soloeedy B Empreinte and Love it but because of the leather it's a bit heavier than I expected so o think an organizer will be good to eliminate some of my SLGs. I also want something structured around the corner to keep the sides from caving in when I use it cross body.
Suggestions...???
(I have a purses to go for my totally bit it isn't structured at all.)

I have a base shaper plus organiser in all my bags. I wouldn't be with out it either. I love the way my bags look so structured. I am not a fan of the sag at all. I love the felt Samorga ones for my speedy's /Tivoli and the material zippered Pursetogo for my Neverfull's.
But each to their own.
I just received my samorga organizer today and everything turned out fine. I emailed again earlier this week, but unfortunately still didn't get an email back. I guess they're just not that good with emailing back since they've been overloaded with orders
Yay, I'm glad you received it! If you have time I would love to see how you organized your bag with it. I love my speedys, but I hate having to dig around for things 🙁
