HI there,

I was offered a SO today from my SA after 2-3y of off and on shopping with her. Hurraaay! So excited. I got into the store and picked colors, piping, etc. But then she just wrote it down on a scratch piece of paper. No receipt, no deposit, not even a piece of paper that spells out the details of the order.

Is this how SOs are done? I asked her a few times if I needed to do anything else for the SO to go through but she said no. I guess I am worried that 1) the order actually gets put in, 2) that there are no errors and I don't end up with a bag that is not quite the way I wanted it after waiting so long.

Is this how it's done? Thank you!

My friend did an SO before, and she told me she had to fill out a short form specifying her leather and color. After that, her SA took the paper and told her she will call when the order comes in. She didn't need to put a deposit, nor did she get a receipt. I think she got her bag after 6-8 months of waiting.

My SA didn't even write down my most recent SO! Hope it comes out right!

Hi I was wondering how would you be able to do a special order?? like how much do you have to spent before you do??
Im planning to get my first hermes bag. But heard so much about how you have to spent so much money before you are even offered a birkin or kelly. sniff***
