Sorry for the cross-posting, but I wanted to share what I got from Hermes recently. 😅 While staying in Paris, I got 2 t-shirts and 1 jacket.


1) "Run H" t-shirt (H457730HA5GME). The color is "Ciel Couvert" and I wear a medium size.





2) The next t-shirt is actually brand new and I have no information of the REF code, etc. I think this t-shirt will be introduced in the men's summer runway show later this month. They had 3 different colors at least, and I got a black (the last) one.




3) "Jeu d'Adresse" varsity jacket (H457810HA01) - I tried multiple colors and got the "marine" (navy) one.

After shopping with Hermes for only a year, it’s finally THAT moment As if it wouldn’t be exciting enough to get to buy one bag, I can actually choose between B40 and HAC40.

While I love how the B40 fits me, I know I will get a lot more use out of the HAC. I did not expect to actually having to ever make that choice

I liked the B40 slightly better on me but that was mainly because of the thickness. They filled the HAC quite a bit, hence the bulkier look.


At the end of the day they were close enough and the HAC not too overwhelming for me, that I opted for the more practical one, as I am not bothered by the weight difference (although noticeable!).

You should always get whatever sings to you and will get the most use out of.

I really like the B but love the HW on the HAC. I personally don’t have the height to pull it off the N/S but looks good on you! Big congrats!

Amazing choices; treasure the HAC - it's a wonderful bag and one that's hard to come by in many parts of the world! And increasingly so, given the shortage of craftspeople who know how to construct this bag.

Are you using it purely for travel or did you consider bringing it to the office (if you work in one…) too?

BTW the orange polo in my post is from the rider collection. I really love it. Lighter and more breathable then their normal polo shirts. Perfect for cycling through the city or simply for a shopping trip on a warm summer day. It will defiantly not be my last peace from this category.

Any opinions on HAC32 vs HAC36? Looking at both though online so can’t really try on in person. I am 5’8” 140lbs so a smallish frame. I have a B35 and B40 and looking for something taller to carry my laptop etc and I find the B40:is a little too big to carry on a plane and safely store under the seat.

I have the Run H in blue and yellow and both long and short sleeve versions - great shirts and it looks great on you
