Thank you! I went with Taupe, less worry for me than the apricot color. In case anyone was curious, a couple pics. I have it packed with umbrella, sunglasses, wallet, keys, pouch, phone, and I could have easily added some other small things. Color in pics is off, first one is somewhat closer than the others.

How’s your bag holding up? I’m still debating between cream apricot and taupe! Is the taupe darker in person and more brown? Do your belongings fall out of the bag easily or is the closure secure?

Sorry I’m just seeing this! I would say the website photos are pretty close, I wouldn’t say it’s darker - possibly a tad less brown in person? Haven’t had any issues with items falling out, I do stow small things in the included pouch but rarely zip it. Using both closures has been secure enough for me. I don’t see any wear on mine, my main concern is whether the shoulder strap would wear on the handles over time. I try not to let it slide around on the handles too much for that reason.

Do you feel like your stuff will going flying out when its's the passenger car seat and you slam on the brakes while driving.

Or does it seem easy for stuff to fall out. I hesitate because of the closure. They have improved on the current version.

I haven’t had issues with the closure, but I’m general I do try to keep small items contained to pouches. I have the strap as short as possible for shoulder carry, and while carrying I haven’t felt that anything would fall out. So far so good!

Got the Medium in Taupe last week and honestly, coming from a bag collection that's primarily high-end designer (Celine and Chanel mostly), I haven't been as excited about a new bag in a while as I was with the Song. It's the price and well thought-out design that did it for me. Love the discreet logo, detachable pouch, convertible straps, and feet at the bottom. I have the old version and I do think it's more secure than the new clasp, as evidenced by the photos posted previously. Sometimes I just want to carry an understated logo-less bag that won't draw any looks (I'm in the Philippines) and this bag is it!

Nice, enjoy your bag! I’m leaning towards that exact bag. I’ve been trying to find more “real life” pictures of the taupe color though. It seems to change colors in different lighting and it’s hard to tell how dark it is. Are there grey/purple undertones in the taupe color? I prefer that. Or is it more brown?

Nice, enjoy your bag! I’m leaning towards that exact bag. I’ve been trying to find more “real life” pictures of the taupe color though. It seems to change colors in different lighting and it’s hard to tell how dark it is. Are there grey/purple undertones in the taupe color? I prefer that. Or is it more brown?

It definitely leans brown but cooler toned, which is what I preferred. I took a few close-up photos just now in different lighting so you can gauge, with the first one being the closest representation my phone could take. The photos in their website are also pretty accurate in terms of darkness of shade. Looking at these pictures now, the color does shift a lot! Nonetheless, I hope these help.

Finally decided on cream apricot but looks like the older/original version is only available now in taupe. I’m ok with getting it in the new version but bummed I didn’t buy during Black Friday when they had 20% off. Does anyone know if Songmont has after christmas/end of year promos? Wondering if I should just buy it now or wait for the next promo.
