soleste ring：Fancy intense yellow or vivid

Trying to get an oval soleste in yellow diamond and not sure about the color. Anyone owns a yellow diamond soleste could show and give me your advice? Any other tips choosing a yellow diamond ring are much appreciated! Thanks

Forgot to mention that the oval is vivid while the cushion one is an intense yellow. The color differences are subtle, but there are less oval ones optional. I personal prefer a lighter yellow but there’s no lighter oval. Should I get the cushion? Anyone owns a yellow diamond soleste can give me your advice? Thanks

The cushion gives you more finger coverage. It also looks more modern. If you are going for a more antique look of course I could see why you would prefer the oval.

Thanks everyone! I know cushion is more popular and classic, while I still ring for the oval since it’s more rarely seen and I like the slim look of the setting on my finger.

Now I narrow down to two options at the same price, one in vivid yellow smaller weight, another in intense then bigger stone. The color difference is less than between intense and fancy yellow. I like the intense but worry that I would regret not getting the top color later. Any advice?

For investment it's always better to get the clearer, more vivid colour (pref untreated). I am prob the only person that likes complicated in-between colour stones. If it were major investment then I would also choose the stronger coloured stone.
