I am stumped to be honest, but here are my two cents: Delpozo's tops are more elaborate whereas this is strikingly simple, so my guess would be Wang or Altazurra. Malene Birger did something really similar this season. Here's a link.

Jula, I can't believe it! You are the reigning fashion encyclopedia. It's definitely not Malene Birger, I then thought maybe Rosie Assoulin but no. What's evern more annoying Man Repeller doesn't even mention her outfit brands on her blog. What style blogger doesn't do that!
I remember a couple of seasons ago Taylor Tomasi Hill was wearing one very similiar. The hunt continues...

Leandra's top is by Rosie Assoulin. Here's the pic from the lookbook. And I too still remember Taylor Tomasi Hill waring the top back then. Shame that we don't see her during fashion week anymore.
