Okay ladies, I need some help/enabling. I have an opportunity to buy a cognac Rory for $175 and free shipping on eBay. It was used twice and comes with all the original paperwork and dust bag. Should I go for it?

It is a good price and a hard to find color. Have you tried Rory before? I don't think this style would work for me but if you like big satchels, then go for it.

That's another concern I have. I haven't ever tried on a Rory, but at this price if I don't like it, I think I could easily resell it to get my money back...:hrmm:

tq n i've tried contct reseller to search for this lindsey in outlet yet they found laser cut lindsey in parchment, my mum always love somethg in gold shade so i really hope she'll love it :)

I would grab it at that price. You can easily resell it and get your moneys back if you don't like it. (Heck, I will buy it from you if it doesn't work out!).

I recently got a cognac Molly for $140 shipped, after ebay bucks. It is so soft and slouchy! There are a few small scratches, but after a quick wipe with lexol, it looks just fine. I need to clean the lining a little, but it isn't bad. NO corner wear on this bag. I love it! I need to get an updated legacy family pic asap!

YES!!! That's an excellent price. The cognac Rory is still at Coach and the department stores for 398. Even at 25% or 50% off, you're still getting a great deal. If it were me, I would jump all over it.

Thanks for the help and advice, ladies! I was feeling a little impulsive last night and went for it. The seller is new, but really nice and had an almost-instantaneous response time. Once I purchased it, she immediately created a shipping label for Monday, so I'll get it by the end of this week. I'll post pictures of her when she arrives (as well as some of the other lovelies I have gotten lately...:blushing:)! :smile1:

I was worried after my last ebay purchase to buy from ebay again but the price was to good to let go .she was 106 total .i recieved her today dustbag included and she in good condition just tiny bit of corner were .no human parts included thank heavin

Thank goodness for no human parts! Is she a Minnie? Black Cherry or Fuschia? Hard to tell from the pic.
