None at all actually! It's still perfectly puffy! I inspected both the front and the back and they both look equally puffy! 
I have the original caviar vanity w/ classic chain (no top handle) and this is how I store mine too -- on its side with the chain outside of the bag at the top of the box. I've stored mine like this for almost a year and haven't noticed any depuffing, either. ... I saw another vanity owner on IG recommend this way b/c she had gotten impressions on the top of her bag from her chain.

How do you enjoy using the vanity? I find it a bit troublesome to get in and out of... but its cuteness more than makes up for that inconvenience. LOL.

Sooo I bought mine last year from Fashionphile on Black Friday/Cyber Monday. Like everyone else, I'd been trying since spring/when the pandemic first started to get this bag and my SA tried really hard, but it was just impossible. So after waiting for like 8 months (and seeing that caviar was not coming back any time soon), I decided to pull the trigger. I did pay over retail, but not as much as a lot of resellers were offering it for, because when I bought mine it had already been listed on FP for 90 days and marked down 3 times, plus they had an extra discount on top of that. So it was worth it to me!As far as wear and tear goes, I honestly haven't used it much; with the pandemic still ongoing, I've still been keeping outings to a minimum. It seems very durable though, and I do love it. ... I'm glad you have one in your collection, too!
Does anybody know if chanel vancouver carries this bag in beige? How much is it now? Couldnt find a price online. Let me know. Thanks!
It is seasonal in a sense that they've been doing different variations of the vanity case from one collection to the next. in the last collection, the vanity case only came with the pearl crush chain. for 21k, its back to the vanity with top handle. they'll likely follow a similar pattern going forward given the popularity of this style and price point (although they just had a huge price increase on the vanity in the last month). anyways, the black rectangular vanity in lambskin is probably the most popular color so unless you had this on reserve before the collection launched, the likelihood of getting black or any color for that matter as a walk-in is pretty much impossible (at least where I am). hope this helps.
