I hope so. They didn't give me a choice on repairing or sending a new one. I asked them for a new one when I sent it back. I didn't hear from them until I called to find out what was going on since it was taking a while to not have any info. Does any one know before I call them?
All items i sent in for repair were either repaired or sent back wit full credit or 40 off letter. Never a new bag. Also. Why do u feel the bag is now a factory bag??

After almost a full month and having to call them twice to find out what was going on with it. One person told me they were overnighting another one only to get a call the next day to tell me that my bag was actually sent to NJ to be fixed. But any way I received it today and I don't know how I feel about it. They didn't include the sleeper bag back in the bag. The place that they sewed got scratched and they used a different color thread. I know it is in a place no one would notice unless pointed out, but I feel like this isn't a good service on this one. I don't know if I should just say screw it and keep it anyway or send it back again. And if I send it back would they refund my money or give me a store credit since I took the tags off before it went in to get serviced. And would they take off money or anything since they didn't include the sleeper bag again. Or would a note about that suffice? I may be sounding picky about this but I think this is not what I paid for and expected more from them.

I would call CS and send the bag back. That's JMHO. I might feel differently if you used the bag for a couple months, but that is ridiculous to have a new bag fall apart on you. I would call and say you are not satisfied with the repair. Period.

I feel like it's a factory bag in a way because it's now an irregular bag and that is what you can get at factory stores. Granted I shop at factory stores to and have gotten real nice bags there with nothing wrong. I may sleep on it and be ok with it tomorrow but I dont know. I just figured COACH would do better than that. If I decided to keep it in the end does anyone know if I call them would they replace the sleeper bag?

I purchase ALL my full price bags from outlets and NONE are irregular.
My outlet will not sell an irregular bag....I dont think the MFF bags at the outlets are irregular just bags made for factory.

I think you should have taken to store as a return instead of trying to get it repaired - not sure how they will handle a repair - never heard of a giving credit for a bag they repaired, but heck coach is crazy so NOTHING they do shocks me.
