All items i sent in for repair were either repaired or sent back wit full credit or 40 off letter. Never a new bag. Also. Why do u feel the bag is now a factory bag??I hope so. They didn't give me a choice on repairing or sending a new one. I asked them for a new one when I sent it back. I didn't hear from them until I called to find out what was going on since it was taking a while to not have any info. Does any one know before I call them?
