That sounds like a nightmare situation. Your SA really needs to step in and deal with manager. Does she sell Cartier diamonds with the naked eye too? Strange comment. I’m in Vancouver and I don’t bother with that store. Not greatest customer service. I go to Dallas and get treated like a customer should.
I LOVVVE my Dallas SAs too, we are treated so well!

It is so odd a piece was damaged when it shipped.
As there's no proof it was damaged upon delivery, there's also no proof it wasn't. . . so the store should eat the return imo, even if they feel sure the piece was perfect upon shipping

I have read a lot of bad reviews about that store. They have absolutely no customer service. All they care is to lock in the sale. After that you’re on your own. Now I know why all those bad reviews I will never go back to that store again. She said she will talk to my SA and contact me but just to let me know it will be the same answer they won’t take it back.

Any small juc bracelet owners notice a line that runs across the middle of the inside of their bracelet? Is this normal? I didn’t notice it until I went to look at the engraving/serial number and noticed a dark line running across the middle of the engraving and continues almost all the way around the bracelet. Darker in some places. At first I thought it was a crack or deep scratches! A friend said it’s probably from the mould they use to make the bracelet but I’m just wondering if I got an imperfect one…

I just took mine off to look. At first I didn’t see anything. But then once I looked closer I could see the line you are talking about. So it’s not just yours :)

Just curious, those who take their small juc on/off, do you hold on to the nail head or nail tip side when removing the bracelet?
I personally would not recommend holding onto either the nail head or the tip, but rather somewhere either toward the top third on the head side, or the bottom third on the nail tip side if that makes sense. You get better leverage and are not putting pressure on either of the ends. And don’t buy into all the hype that this bracelet is super delicate and will stretch over time. If you take care of your jewelry and have any common sense when putting it on you will have no issues. I have both the “regular” size and the small model and have zero problems with either. Put it on, wear it to death, enjoy it! Take it on and off as many times as you want. It’s a great piece of jewelry that will last forever as will most any piece with normal care. I’ve had the small model about 4 years. I go through periods of never taking it off to periods where I take it on and off a couple of times a day maybe for a shower or to sleep etc.. It has not stretched or changed shape in any way whatsoever. Enjoy!

I wear it with the nail head away from my Love (non nail head side rests nicely up against my Love) so I grab the nail head when taking it off. I remove it every night. I've had it for a year and so far so good.

Same here, I never take it from either just the nail or the head. It goes on the same way as the regular Panthere too. Have had it two years now and it’s looks just as perfect as when I purchased it (albeit with some scratches on the head!). Enjoy, this will be the last of your worries once you’ve had it for a while. :)

I tried both and the reg Juc was very pretty but the nail head so big on my wrists, it stood up almost a centimeter iirc. I preordered the sm Juc with diamonds and for me, it‘s perfect and still looks like day 1. It also made a big difference for me that it had diamonds.
Well… apparently jewelry can grow on you  today I have the big Juc with diamonds and wear it more
