(And I still love my bracelet to pieces and think it looks as pretty as day one!) here’s my two cents: I think it will take time to get over that feeling but you will get there. ;) good luck with your decision!

Thank you for sharing! I decided to exchange. I think I can’t get over the original ring was perfect and I had to exchange as it was the wrong size. Let’s hope the new one isn’t another disaster, LOL

I felt very neurotic in store when I purchased my sm love obsessively checking for any scratches before purchasing as the first one my SA brought out had a few. I think it’s totally different when you know that it’s your scratches vs someone else’s and I know it would have driven me crazy in your situation. Hope the new ring is perfect!

Mine didn’t and I ordered it from the website because there’s no boutique in Montreal. Then I contacted an SA in Toronto and made 3 other purchases through her and she ended up sending me a travel pouch (without having asked for one) for the bracelet because she knew I had just bought it... So I think if you order from the website, it isn’t guaranteed and if you’re working directly with someone, it all depends on the SA!

I ordered it over the phone umm let me email the sa.
