Congratulations on this new beauty and happy birthday! I wear mine 24/7 no issues. just make sure to wear it with the sharp tip part inwards facing you to avoid getting caught on sheets, doonna or clothes etc.
You can also take it out daily before bed if you like. Enjoy n wear it in good health.
You can wear it in shower and bed, but I don’t. It’ll need more cleaning with product buildup. Mine stacks with Loves so I prefer not to have the extra piece on when I sleep. I just put mine on when I’m heading out of the house!

Totally agree and that’s how I’ve been wearing it too. The twist mechanism makes it super easy to take on and off (no screwdriver necessary ).
Help! I recently tried the JUC small and it fit my wrist perfectly sitting above my wristband (the SA said it's 14 cm). However, when I received the bracelet it doesn't fit me anymore and flops around with about 1cm excess room. I haven't loss weight and I checked the engraving which says 14. Is it just somehow my wrist went down in size or is it possible the bracelet isn't 14cm? I liked the snug fit when I first tried it on but also don't want to exchange for another size 14 if it's just my wrist changing size on me. Does anyone have a 13cm wrist wear a 14cm JUC small can help me compare if it's fitting me how it's supposed to or if it's my bracelet that's wonky?
