I can understand having it be too big. Mine is a size 20 and I definitely could have gone with an 18 or 19 at least, but I had worn it so I couldn't exchange. But I've gotten used to it and even bought the small LB in a size 20 so it would sit flush with the regular LB. But even then, it still doesn't fit as large as yours fits. That would bug me.

I would go into the store and just tell them it wasn't worn, but tried on. If you only wore it for 2 hours, I really doubt there are dents in the bracelet. Good luck!

Both size LB looks lovely with the small JUC but personally i do prefer the regular size LB with the small JUC.

re: sizing. my wrist also measures 13.5cms - both my loves are size 16.
I also once thought i had the wrong size as its quite loose however my cousin bought a size 15 so i tried hers on but found size 15 too suffocating for me. Having size 16 loves, allows me to stack my bracelets with my watch with some movements between all of them.

My guess is that’s why your SA recommended the size they did :yes:Mine does feel a little loose sometimes, but I vastly prefer that over it being too tight. I can also turn my bracelet at the small part of my wrist.

For bangles I really love a loose fit; it makes the wrist look delicate and feminine. I think even if my wrist was more round and size 18 was an option for me I’d probably still choose 19 for the breezy, loose look.

I hope you end up loving your beautiful jewelry! :flowers:
Thank you so much, I find this forum so helpful , thank you everyone for your honest opinion xxx I think my anxiety kicked in and I really need some reassurance

This is a different approach than most, but maybe you can try to put the LB away for a little bit and revisit it in the future. You may have a different opinion next month!

Sometimes I find wearing a stack inconvenient, so I take everything off for a month or so and then put it back on. I always end up loving my stack even more than I originally did!

I kind of do this too - I have the small JC and regular Love and I will wear both for a while, then go to one, then none, and back and remember why I love them so much! Wanting to add one more to my stack for Christmas... hint hint @Vlad

Hi, I don't know if you saw my reply in the other thread, but FWIW, my wrist is 13.5cm too and the 16 has been perfect for me. I like that it has enough room to move and "drape" on my wrist too, instead of getting stuck too often in one position. I tried switching it to my other wrist which is 13.8cm and already found it stifling.

From your photos it looks like the looseness of your bracelet is vertically, like on the top and bottom, also since you say your wrist is flat and not round? I believe the 15 is narrower sideways too though, so even though there might be less room on top and bottom, it might be tight on the sides and leave more screw imprints in your skin and hit your wristbone. Maybe that's why your SA sized you for a 16?

Hope you feel better about your purchase soon. I think they look great on you and I know how lousy buyer's remorse feels!

Thank you so much xx, I actually slept much better last night as so many lovely people replied to my post and think they look good together .. even on my super skinny baby wrist

Yes, definitely I feel looseness on top and bottom more than on sides.
This might be the reason SA adviced size 16 but when I spoke to her regarding returning/exchanging the bracelet she didn’t mention it…

It is very reassuring you have the same size wrist and you like size 16. I actually decided I am going to take LB out and maybe wear it on its own so it doesn’t bang into JUC (It drives me crazy). I just have to get used to wearing it loose. I also hope my wrist will swell in the summer ! That would kind of solve the problem! at least for couple of months.

I had the same wrist size as you did and purchased my LB in size 16 because size 15 did not exist at the time.

Honestly, after getting married and going through stress in life I’ve gained a bit of weight and now the size 16 looks like it’s the right size.

I think the SA recommended a 16 because you have to size down in JUC.

Hi @pam1987, thank you very much for initiating this thread! I have a small JUC and, exactly like you did, I am debating about which LB I should get. I have to say that, from a pure aesthetical perspective, I somehow prefer the regular LB with a small JUC. However, being the regular LB heavier than the small one, I would be afraid of the LB 'clashing' with the JUC too much when I move. I feel you should consider either wearing the LB alone, or sell it to eventually buy a piece of jewelry that 'makes your heart sing'... good luck with your decision!

Hi,
Yes i am afraid of it as well but when I asked others who’s got the same stack, most said they dont damage each other ‍♀️. I think when they are tight fit they are fine but if Love is loose it will clash a lot.
I think I won’t be wearing them together which is a shame as I always wanted to stack them

I also think both classic love and small love look great with the small juc! Regarding sizing, I have a similar wrist size and have size 15 love bracelet. I tried on the 16 and while both sizes looked fine and either one would work, the 16 was definitely more loose and sat lower on my wrist/hand, it touched my palm (bottom of my hand) and that’s what I didn’t like and went with the 15 which is still roomy on me and slides on my wrist/arm.

Does the 16 touch your palm? The 16 was more of a loose bangle fit which some people prefer so it just depends how you like to wear your bracelets. Since you can’t exchange them, as long as the 16 isn’t slipping off your hand, you should be fine. Enjoy your bracelets!

Yes LB touches my palm and I dont like it too..
I wish I was offered to try on size 15 LB but I wasnt I wasnt even aware it exists . I guess I have to try to get used to size 16 or sell it and forget about it..x

I have both the Small LB regular LB and small JUC. The small LB was my last addition. I prefer the regular with the small JUC.

The sizing looks perfect, my wrist 13.5 and wear a 16LB and 15 JUC. Mine turn 360 degrees, but when I tried the 15 LB it felt too uncomfortable. My bracelets bang together, eventually you don’t notice.

The 15 LB wound be smaller than your 15 JUC. As sizing isn’t the same in both.

Perhaps you can go try on the size 15 just so you know how it fits? Maybe you’ll find that you actually prefer the size 16 or if not and you like the 15 better, then at least you’ll know and can easier decide what you want to do. If you do end up with a 15 love then the small juc should be in a size 14 so they don’t overlap (if you want to stack them). Just wondering, does your current size 15 small juc touch your palm?
