Sorry, I haven't seen it with silver hardware, and I don't have any information on international shipping, but here are the measurements you requested.
Bottom: (approximately) 11 1/2" x 5 1/2"
Top: (flattened when closed) ~15"
Thank you very much for the info! Bohoo, it seems the bottom is just an inch or so too short for my work laptop... I'm small so I think the larger totes will look like beach bags on me. It probably would fit in corner to corner, but then there will be less room for my other stuff...
You're welcome. What are the dimensions of your laptop? I have a notebook pc (measures 12" x 8") that fits nicely inside the tote. If I wanted to, I could also fit an iPad, a wallet, and a few small accessories. The medium would definitely accommodate your needs, but then your laptop would be swimming in it. Have you looked at the MK totes made for Apple? It's basically the same tote, but they include a zippered pocket for MacBooks.
I went out to look for the small and medium Jet set totes at a department store; the small one was way too small for my laptop in real life, and the medium (Multifunction macbook tote) was way too huge for me as I'm only 5'1. Also there weren't any nice colors available.
I instead got me this DKNY saffiano tote which is sized quite exactly between the small and medium jetset totes, and the saffiano quality looks very sturdy, and the construction of the bag seems very high quality. The price was 225 (about 301$)
I've been carrying this now a week or so, and I really like it.
It's a very good size for work stuff (laptop, notes, lunch etc) but still not too huge. Also I prefer that it has a magnetic snap closure instead of the hook and loop so it stays more closed.
The hardware is very pale gold, so it almost passes as silver which is OK for me. The bag came with a scarf but I took it off, and added a charm instead.

I ordered the small Jet Set Travel Tote in neon yellow from Bloomingdale's. It was reduced from $ 228 to $ 159.60
I don't think this comes in large but the medium is pretty big. There is a huge size difference between the small and medium
Just got this bag as an alternative to an Neverfull and I adore it! The quality is great, the size is perfect for everyday use and it's superchic. My first MK bag and certainly not my last one! Superb.
If it only comes in small and medium then I must have a medium, which is about the same size as my Neverfull GM. Very spacious, but when you load it up the shorter handles can be a bit of a problem (it barely fits under my arm)
Can you model the bags? I really wanna see how the small looks. Thank you!I have two of these, in luggage and tan, and I LOVE the size. If you're also into LV, it's comparable in size to the neverfull pm. I'm able to carry it over my shoulder, on the crook of my arm, or handheld. I like that it has a bit of structure, yet still looks dainty and feminine. I purchased a zip up purse organizer, so the open top isn't really an issue for me. You're also able to fit an iPad or a small PC notebook, with room to spare. I like to carry this bag to the office, as it's a little more understated than my LV bags. If you're looking to get this tote, I'd suggest getting one with straps that aren't bent. I exchanged one because a crease at the top of one of the straps wouldn't go away. I'm a little OCD when it comes to that.
