I just got back from the Smithsonian museum and saw the 13 bangles michelle ***** wore at her first inaugural ball

They were a gift from loree rodkin. Each bracelet was 1 ct set in 18k white gold

So now i am obsessed and would love to find some similar (but at a much more reasonable price (not looking to pay $8500 per bangle ;). )

Can anyone recommend any jewelers or sites who carry something similar?

My preference are the slip on bangles

I love that look too. I wear the Tiffany Metro half diamond hinged version to get the same look. The hinged version is slightly oval so fitted me better than the slip on bangle.

The full diamond Tiffany ones are similar in price to Loree Rodkin's but Blue Nile have a version for considerably less.

Roberto Coin makes a very skinny slip on version (around 3300.00). I can't remember if the diamonds go all the way around or not. I also know someone who had Whiteflash custom make one for them and it's gorgeous

I tried to find a pic of my eternity bracelets alone but couldn't find it. Sorry...but you'll get the idea.
Had these made years ago. 2 18kt/2tcw YG and 2 18kt/2tcw WG. I have worn these everyday for 10 years, the channel setting kind of protects the diamonds. They have taken quite the beating over the years. BTW...these are slip-ons.
RC makes an eternity bangle but they are very expensive.
Glad I went with the YG/WG...they go with everything.
One of the best investments I ever made!

I love the idea of mixed wg and yg

I think i need at least 5 bracelets

Now i need to find them

(Might need to go to the diamond district in NY)

My old jeweler retired or I'd get you intouch with him. Very reasonable price-wise. While Mrs. *****'s bangles are lovely I would consider a channel setting for protection...they get banged around A LOT! Also a bit heavy on the gold so they won't dent and loosen the stones. Since they are eternity and a slip-on, fit is important.

Try the diamond district...if anyone would have them or could make them this would be the place. IMHO 2tcw is a good diamond size...you can actually see the diamonds. LOL!

Those are absolutely beautiful skyqueen, I'm adding a pink and yellow gold version to my collection too so I can wear all 3 golds in my bangles as an alternative to my WG stack. The channel setting is a great idea, I don't think I could wear mine everyday.

How nice of you to say, darling! I have been collecting jewelry longer then you've probably been alive. Stick with some classics, throw some fun jewelry into the mix and you'll have a fabulous collection! ;)
