Here are a few more of my discontinued H bag collection

Gold Clemence Gao bag... under the radar bag but also very roomy and very easy to carry.

This is the bleu de prusse good news bag. I bought this over ten years ago when I still had a toddler and an infant. It’s casual and fit my lifestyle at that time.

tsako indigo bag which ended up getting much more use than the good news when my kids were younger. Since it doesn’t have a zipper, it was easy to get things in and out of it.

You have some amazing bags!

This is a great thread. It's like browsing a Hermes history museum.
That was what I hoped for when I started it...trouble is like drinking a glass of fine wine now I've seen these beauties posted I want to see MORE!!!!
ie: some from the 50's (or earlier) through to some more recent 'Unicorns' that have been discontinued.
I'd love to see more from the MM & JPG years for instance ...I'm hungry..feed me this rarely seen eye candy
also kudos to @jp824 your eye for a good handbag is impeccable and I keep going back over your posts to admire them!

My very first H bag happens to be a discontinued B45 in maron fonce. I have used the bag heavily for another 4-5 years (one time I even threw it up the Mykonos rock cliff before climbing up). In the end I brought it to FSH for renovation work (wouldn’t call it spa service) to replace new handles, new sangles, and new hardware - it came back beautifully like in the picture.

Since this B45 contains so many memories and most importantly made me fell in love with H quality level and customer service, this one will
permanently in my forever H collection :D

Another of my discontinued H bag is this HAC45 in chocolat. With the B45 wonderful experience in my previous post, I was delighted to come across this beautiful HAC45 in resell market. Snapped it up and brought it to NY trip later. I love the shape the color the weight and everything about it. But since it has no compartment inside the bag, this one is only ever good for traveling and not for everyday use purpose.

I was contemplating to let it go to another owner that might use it more regularly but couldn’t because I know this is once-in-a-lifetime piece. So I plan for it to be a center show piece in my future closet wardrobe instead.
So yes, another piece in my permanent H collection.

And here comes the clutch. I was browsing one of my local vintage store and bam, this discontinued Medor29 box rough H showed up in front of me in amazing condition. I am in Hermes high every time I see and touch this piece.

This bag is a great evening piece since I always show up in black, navy or white with louboutin for evening occasion - this is a truly perfect touch of red to go with everything.

My fourth and fifth discontinued pieces are HAC36. I got the tricolor (vert anis/ vert veronese/ gold) a few years ago and just this year I added rouge H into the collection.

Hope I am lucky enough to find them more in blue or light beige color range - but I am not aware that Hermes had made this model in such colors. So might only be wishful thinking :D

I have a number of discontinued bags that I will need to pull out to take pics. Here are 2 of them...the Paris Bombay and the Drag bag. The kelly is vache liegee which is a discontinued leather..I wish H would bring back this leather.

What a gorgeous collection:nuts: Vache liégée is indeed scrumptious and on my wishlist, along with chocolate Barenia.

I hate to be a downer, but vache liegee had been on my list for years before I got a bag in that leather (This is over ten years ago), and I have to say that it was truly a disappointment. It looked nice but was not as nearly as sturdy as I had expected. I don’t know if there was a quality issue; togo and chevre are much better.

Oh no, sorry to hear you're not satisfied! What issue did you experience with VL? I'm always keen to hear feedback on this, because I have a relatively active lifestyle and can't baby my bags all that much (unless they're evening pieces but when am I going to need another one of those), so if it's not sturdy, it'd be a no-go for me.

Here’s one contribution, my box calf tricolour Ile de shiki. I purchased and posted a few years ago. I love the bag, very roomy, comfortable to hand carry, not heavy at all. She’s in my closet until post Covid. Don’t want to be wiping her down like a piece of gym equipment, that’s a DocRide comment that always makes me giggle.

I LOVE the Ile de Shiki!! such a beautiful shape bag.
Isn't there another (Larger perhaps?) version called Ile de Boo ? (My cat's name is Boo and so that stuck in my mind!)
This colour combo is heavenly too-I'm sure enjoy using her again when the world is a safer place
