I think I need to book a weekend getaway to a coastal location and make myself use it! ;P

When summer comes you should find an opportunity to use them and I'll bet you will be glad that you kept them. That bag and wristlet will be admired wherever you carry them!

I hesitated to use the audrey fish tote and shell wristlet. I thought that perhaps they were "too limited and had too much bling!"

But I carried them on a wonderful vacation to the Cayman Islands last fall and I loved them. And to my surprise I used the shell wristlet even more than the fish tote!

For the first week I used the wristlet as wallet inside the fish tote but we spent the second week in an all-inclusive resort and I didn't have much need to carry a bag. The wristlet was perfect for my sunglasses and room key and other essentials. I had thought about returning it but I am so glad that I didn't!

I really loved the PLT seahorse tote, that's why I passed on the umbrella tote; but I never found one at a reasonable price.

Oh well, I have many beautiful straw and canvas summer bags!

But that PLT cabana tote is quite rare and really gorgeous!

Nice bags! I recognize the second bag as a woven Peyton Shoulder bag, but what is the name of the first bag, is it a Hampton?

I love those Bleecker bags! When tannedsilk posted pics of her beautiful straw Bleecker Millie 11806, it reminded me that I have a bleecker canvas bag that should be included in this thread!

It is the Canvas Bleecker Flap 6114 in beige/camel that was released in 2000 at a MSRP of $198. I got this one at the thrift store for $12 and rehabbed it.

This poor bag was in bad shape when I found it. It was dirty and stained with red wine. You can see before pics at the link below. This bag is another example of the toughness of "delicate summer coach bags".
