It was bought at an navy exchange in the middle east paid for with cash, I only started researching because the lock & key is missing so was searching for a replacement. It has a Hamilton label on it but is actually a Casey style, there's no manufacture label & the heat stamp is just wrong. He is going back out there in Feb so he said he will be going to take a look at the others I told him to take it with him & get a refund or exchange. Thinking someone has switched it on the shelf there are a lot of counterfeits available out there.

If he paid with his debit card, as a Visa/MC, he is still protected with the same fraud protection as a cc would have and it can be disputed. I am sorry it may be counterfeit

I am not a girly girl fashion doesn't bother me I only have my suspicions because of the label not matching the bag and ot sparked my curiosity and I began reading up on the tell tale signs even of its not counterfeit I am still missing the lock and key so still disappointed and hubby is sad because he didn't realise.

This is so unfortunate, if there anyway he can get in contact with them and discuss the concerns? even if it was genuine it shouldn't be missing parts(lock/key etc)

He is flying back out at the end of February but not sure if I should email or ring them in the meantime & query it. I've never known the PX or NEX sell anything other than genuine.

If that is the case i would absolutely contact them, it would do no harm and maybe quite helpful.
