just picked this up from the Coach store today

I only have one item that was monogrammed, and I wasn't really happy with how it turned out, so I never requested one again. :/

The grey clutch has my initials in blind debossing, but the imprint is way deeper at the top of the letters than the bottom, which is very shallow. It's also not centered, which drives me crazy.

The green sketchbook cover came with the ROAR on it, and it's quite even.

So I've heard the metallic stampings can wear off over time. I guess it's because it's more of a foil??

I think it depends on where your heat stamp is placed. I have a couple heat stamped hang tags & they are fine- one is Metallic, one is pink. When it comes to my heat stamped key pouch, the stamp is flaking off! The stamp (non-Metallic navy blue) is located below the snap. I'll post a pic later if I think about it!

I think it depends on where your heat stamp is placed. I have a couple heat stamped hang tags & they are fine- one is Metallic, one is pink. When it comes to my heat stamped key pouch, the stamp is flaking off! The stamp (non-Metallic navy blue) is located below the snap. I'll post a pic later if I think about it!

I bought a T-Rex tag for my son for Christmas and had his monogram put on it...(he loved dinosaurs as a child) But the monogram rubbed off when he put it on his keychain the first week he used it. I took it back to the coach store and they "re-stamped it"- probably easier to line up letters than other designs but do take yours back if it wears off...At the Northpark store in Dallas they were terrific....very apologetic about it wearing off so quickly, etc.

That's a good idea. I will have to ask! This is my pouch at the moment. All 3 letters are rubbed [emoji14]

What color "ink"?

He has it off at college right now... and I'm not remembering the color. I think it was black (doesn't the bigger tag with the full color Rexy have a darker almost hunter green on the back?)
