I have the GM. In my humble opinion, the Tivoli is one of LVs prettiest bags. The quality is awesome and the design is beautiful. I’ve had mine for several years. It’s still in beautiful condition. Of all the bags I own this is the bag that gets the comments. I know some consider it a dated bag but I think it’s a beauty and I’ll always enjoy using it. They just don’t make them like this anymore, canvas items.

I agree, LV hasn't made another quite like the Tivoli. Something about it that looks so ladylike, if that makes sense. The canvas is certainly thick and holds its shape!

Glad to hear you are keeping it. I would have recommended this as well. At minimum, try giving her a spin a few more times. You may fall in love with it again.
I think I may have to. It's so pretty and I'm always taking it out of the dust bag to look at it. What really steered me away from using it was the fact that it was handle carry only, and I'm so used to crossbody. But as someone else mentioned, I'm going to get a crossbody strap for it.

I'm sold....not selling! I will probably regret it if I did. It was one of my first purchases and still live the way it looks even though I don't use it. Thank you ladies for the confirmation!
Yeah! So glad to hear that!! I believe I have seen others purchase straps from Mcraft on Etsy so they may be a good option to check out.

This is from an era of LV that I truly loved. I love this bag and it’s so well constructed. I understand the desire to let something go if it’s not being used, but think very carefully about it. You can’t buy anything like this, both in terms of quality and design, new from LV anymore and you won’t be able to in the future. I have let things go and come to regret it. It’s a stunning bag, I’d keep it.

Wow!! Love this thread ~ Thank you, OP and everyone who replied!! I’m in the EXACT same situation with the OP
My Tivoli PM, which is my very first LV piece, has been sitting on the shelf in a dust bag forever and I keep thinking about selling it. I might try to see if adding the strap would help me taking it out more!
