Have you thought about synthetic sapphire as opposed to mined sapphire? They have the same optical and chemical properties and the synthetic would be very affordable. Congrats on the tanzanite! Beautiful, rare gem.

I agree with the others who've said not to buy anything and just save up for the sapphire you really want, but if you're determined to buy one of them, I would go for the fish ring. The star looks uncomfortable and too...sharp. I prefer the flow and curves of the fish.

^^I am getting the ring next year from my grandmother!! But only next year because we live in different countries and the only time I can visit her is late next year, so in this case its either get one of these rings or find something else to save up for
