Happy to see this happy ending. The new one looks perfect. I don’t usually see the my bag has a problem but this one was obvious and I would’ve asked for an exchange too.

This is so scary. I could only really see how obvious the flaws were when I saw them side by side. I don’t have a boutique near me. It’s really a shame that Chanel isn’t doing quality control like they should. The first bag looks like a replica in comparison.

Last time I went to the store I requested to see multiple bags to choose the best one.. but the SA was so rude about it. And every flaw I pointed out she did not “see”. Customer service is so bad at Chanel
