Should I complain to my SA. Is this back pocket on my small classic flap too misaligned

Happy to see this happy ending. The new one looks perfect. I don’t usually see the my bag has a problem but this one was obvious and I would’ve asked for an exchange too.
 
Wow that is shocking! Happy to see that you got a great replacement.

Last time I went to the store I requested to see multiple bags to choose the best one.. but the SA was so rude about it. And every flaw I pointed out she did not “see”. Customer service is so bad at Chanel
