I love the lapis with that watch but also love the sapphire and diamond butterfly! Your tennis bracelet is so lovely. Do you mind sharing where it’s from?
Thank you! I agree they match well! ☺️ my tennis bracelet is from this Japanese brand named Sakura Hoseki. Really great value so I recommend you check them out! I believe they ship worldwide.

hi everyone! I recently had the pleasure of meeting @spaul during her travels to Asia. After a delicious lunch together, we couldn’t resist stopping by VCA. I’m just starting to build my ring collection and have always admired all your stunning pieces. Until now, I hadn’t tried any BTF rings, but that’s about to change!

Let me share a few mod shots for us to admire together 😂. I’m officially converted and already thinking about which ring to add to my collection next. It was a lovely day with @spaul 😘

I’d love to hear your thoughts on which ring suits me best if you’d like to share

So glad you got to spend time with one of my favourite TPF peeps @spaul hehe, I'm sure you had loads of fun!

My vote may be biased, but definitely the lapis for sure!

Tried the perlee btf rose gold ring today. It is very beautiful. It will come home with me one day
But this frivole RG pave btf ring came home

Finally i found a modshot of carnelian between the finger ring (literally checked almost all threads!), liked it so much from the website but never seen in real life. Do you remember (even though you tried it few years back) was the shade similar to carnelian alambra collection? It feels more red/orange to me from both website and your photos while alambra’s in general more dark red/brownish? I have true red 20 motifs and vintage earrings and even though it’s in yellow gold want this ring to match it.
By the way it’s beautiful on you!

Ok can we vote for which ring we prefer ? :coolio:
(Even if not : I think that the butterfly 🦋 is gorgeous on you )
Of course you can vote! I loved the way the butterfly looked as well but feel I might not wear it as often since I don't love the feel of between the finger rings. I'm considering this color combination as earrings or a necklace, though, as the MOP butterfly in RG really was pretty in person.

I think both rings look great on you. I love the look of BTFR but find them uncomfortable as well which saves my bank account a mini fortune

What do you not like about BTF rings? Are they uncomfortable for long term wear? They do look beautiful on you

Yeah, I get what you are saying. The sweet Perlee is comfortable and would be practical in that I could wear it more often.

They look gorgeous on posters here, and I like the look of them, but I am not convinced that I would wear them often or find them practical for me. I like to be able to rotate my pieces around and use each of them often, less about special occasion jewelry. However, the butterfly in MOP and RG was pretty enough to at least make me consider it. We shall see in the future.

Based on what you said here I think you need both . One to wear more often, one for special occasions. Sorry I'm just good at emptying other people's wallets.

The more practical side of me says go for the one that makes you smile more. Get the other one later if you still covet it.

I took off my wedding rings for my baby’s first 1.75 years, I wore the sweet Perlee clover ring stacked daily, and not only was it extremely comfortable, a nice practical low profile, but I got more compliments on it than my much more expensive wedding set ever got! I originally was not a huge fan of the butterflies, but now I have a set of two butterfly earrings, and could see myself adding it in a stone in the future. It will be fun to see what we end up with the end.
