I got my BBK25 as my first offer last year! Let your SA know you're open to box leather. My SA asked a couple months after I've made my wish (K28 black epsom GHW) what I truly wanted and I said 'black GHW sellier and I'm open to chèvre/box' and 1 day later I got my BBK offer
I think most people prefer a more carefree type of leather so your chances aren't that slim I guess!

To me, the type of leather makes a huge difference with this color. I tend to prefer greens with a blue undertone rather than yellow, but it’s not a dealbreaker. However, when my SA called, I was racking my brain trying to picture this combo; an online search for anything in VC Ostrich yielded almost nothing at all. I found one Instagram account with a few photos, so I DMed the person to ask which of her photos was most accurate.
Anyway, when we opened the box at the bouique, I discovered that Vert Criquet is lighter and less yellow in Ostrich, more of pastel shade of green. I also think it’s a color that I can carry year-round, and it will go with a lot of the colors that I wear.
