I would say it's closer in color to the first photo (got excited and took a quick photo hahahaha)!

Can I ask what made you switch from a K28 to K25? I was offered a K25 and I wanted a K28. Debating whether I should take it or wait for K28. It seemed to me that K28 is a lot less recently.
At first I thought I wanted it as a momming around casual everyday bag, but then I realized I use random canvas tote bags for that sort of thing (I’m not going to bring this bag when I go to the gym)
I also like wearing crossbody a lot and like that option. Even my size 25 after some time feels heavy my back hurts (but I don’t have a great neck/back to start) so I decided to go back to another 25. Also my spend went up a lot and I felt a little silly from that front too

Are you in the US? I’m patiently waiting for a K28 retourne as well but they do seem to be harder than a K25…
