Yes it was retourne. Feel so lucky to be offered, I think it looks best in retourne. definitely a chameleon color in real life. did not look like photos I’ve seen so I wasn’t thinking mouette until told it was haha. Looked light to medium subtle grey, surprised it has a slight warm undertone actually, at least in the light of the room.
It might be because the lighting in Hermes is so yellow. I wonder why they all have universally terrible store lighting; there must be a reason for it, like the warm yellow light makes people buy things or something. LOL
