White jeans are a great option to have with small kids. They’re very easy to wash the stains out at home, durable and won’t color transfer on your light bag. Cross body should be a great option for toddler mom. You can always leave the bulky stuff in the stroller if using one.
@MrsPea I will echo @addiCCted recommendation of white jeans.

Ever since I got lighter colour bags, I make an effort to use them just as much as darker bags by making some tweaks to my wardrobe such as white jeans, chinos, and lighter colour jackets which can work even when you're wearing darker colours underneath, since the bag won't actually come into contact with those darker fabrics.

Congratulations on an absolutely beautiful Constance. I hope you find a way to enjoy it in all its glory!

I have small children so this bag and the color is not practical. I think it will just sit in my closet… so now I wished I got another color and so I don’t have to worry so much when I use it.
Epsom is pretty durable! I have an epsom C18 in a pink color and sure, the buckle has gotten scratched (not b/c of my toddler, just from me opening and closing the bag), but the leather is still in great shape!

My SA texted me that she got what I was looking for. If she has what I asked her almost 6 Month ago it would be a black Birkin 30 in swift leather. That I was really dying to have. But to be honest its been a while since last visited the boutique and actually talked to her as I was cheating on Hermes with Louis... And now I'm not sure if I'd rather go with a 25... but that would entail to continue to wait. :confused1:

I'd recommend you go see it in person. Until you can actually try it on and play around with it, it isn't really an informed decision. If you try it on and it doesn't work, then at least you can decline the offer with a clear mind.

Personally I would just go to check it out. Especially since an offer doesn't mean you MUST accept it. Besides, it isnt your exact wishlist spec so... im sure that your SA would be understanding about why you decline if you choose to do so.
