Kelly 25 togo etoupe OMG yes! (Laughing at my self from a few months ago because I was convinced I only wanted a Kelly 32. Then I tried a Kelly 28 and thought that was a great size but when SA offered a 25 and I realized it fit all my daily essentials, I was smitten). Many many thanks to @birkin_thirsty for helping me navigate this “journey”!😊

I've been asking for a Pico 22 or another evelyne tpm for a few months now. In that time period, I've been offered Pico 18s and 22s (all in light color or cargo), tpm in gris neve, in the loop (didnt even ask which color), and 24/24 (if it wasnt blue, i might have pulled the trigger, but boy, what a beautiful piece). Then on my birthday was offered this beautiful gem I didn't know I needed :love:

C18 in mauve sylvestre with SHW (looks GHW because of reflection from the box). I'm usually a GHW person, but SHW looks beautiful with the mauve sylvestre.

I promised that I’d follow up so here goes:

I was tricked. Stopped by the boutique today. SA says “you two may want to sit down for this one” while he goes to get the box. He comes back with a huge smile on his face and opens the box. This bag is sitting on the blue insert and there is a blue lining to the lid. I think to myself “only bags on the wife’s wishlist are mini K and K25. Something is off here. Those are regular bags, not limited”

He puts on his gloves and pulls out a 25cm Shadow Birkin in gold. The wife gasps, I gasp and a couple of ladies behind us shrieked. My wife turned into a 5 year old playing with her new toy and was sad when it had to go back into the box. Needless to say, it was a yes.

When we picked up the wife’s K28, he and I started talking about bags and I mentioned to him in passing how the wife loved JPG’s shadow design and so he added it to the wishlist even though I never expected to be offered one since we are far from VIPs. Merry Christmas miracle. I’ll post pics on Christmas when she opens the box again.
