I haven’t mentioned a bag to my SA since I got my Kelly last year, and neither had she, but we started talking about it a couple of weeks ago and narrowed down my size, color and hardware choices. I decided on a B30, black first choice, etoupe second, gold third, but was honestly open to other dark neutrals with no hardware preference. I figured it would take a few months since my purchases have slowed down a bit compared to pre-Kelly, and center mainly on silks and the occasional pair of shoes, certainly not VIP/big spender status. I was happily surprised when she texted me soon after that she had my second choice available for me! I think it helped that I was flexible on color and hardware (and that I hadn’t asked for a bag in almost a year ).

My SO placed in February 2023 arrived today - have to pick it up in a few days. Since we all thought it will take more time I am also waiting that Birkin 25 touch comes to the store ( is supossed to). But since I got a quota bag already in January and now this SO…what are the options, can there be an exception? Any experiences? I have asked my SA also but I am still waiting for the response.
