More about the Chinese Valentine's capsule launched on Monday (22 July 2024) with hedgehogs as the symbol of love this time:

1. Mini flamenco with hedgehogs on the woven strap
2. Medium puzzle fold tote with hedgehogs pinned on the surface
3. Mini puzzle fold tote with hedgehogs pinned on the surface
4. Puzzle fold pouch with hedgehogs pinned on the surface
5. Hedgehog bag charm in gold
6. Hedgehog bag charm in silver
7. Hedgehog dice charms (not in the photo; my SA said they were almost sold out)

Paper bag and gift tag exclusive to this capsule. My SA explained the fruit durian is chosen because:
1. The Chinese word of durian sounds the same as the Chinese word for the concept "cannot bear to part with".
2. Both durians and hedgehogs are hard and spiky outside but soft inside, just like romantic relationships (?!).

OH MY GOD, I love this. So jealous it's a Chinese exclusive. Your dice are just adorable!

Hey all, a few weeks back Jonathan Anderson shared this on insta. Anyone heard any word on actual production? It’s so cool!View attachment 6038427

Oh dear. I love it. 😄 The last thing my wallet needs is a vegetable themed charm collection …

So we went in to pick up some of the RTW we ordered plus take a look at the surplus flamenco that was transferred over to the store for us. It looked better with less scratches but a significant amount of veining on the suede panels - which we were ok with, given that really is the nature of the material. Tried on a couple of strap options from other items we had at home but the strap that came with the bag still looks better. We did try the Loewe donut chain charm on the bag which looks kind of nice but it costs 1/3 that of the bag so purchasing from the store was a no-go (I ordered a piece later in the day off a e-tailer for about S$450, about 70% off retail). Looking forward to using this piece on our trip to Hokkaido in October! View attachment 6028881

I love this so much! It looks so much like sands or mountains leading down to a tropical lagoon. Unfortunately I spent my money on a holiday to a real lagoon or I’d be tempted. 😂

Arrived yesterday and immediately got put to use today.
Flamenco Tassel in bronze with wonderfully soft and silky leather.

I have two of these, a pink/orange and a blue. I find full length works OK crossbody on me, though it’s a bit long (I’m 5’3”). I think the mechanism for halfing the strap is quite neat and it works well as a shoulder bag for me like that. I struggle with how delicate the leather is though. It’s insanely smooth and supple but just having a small coin purse in the back pocket rubbing against my body caused scuffing on the leather. Sad because it’s a great size for everyday use!

Got a bit of a shock looking at the pricing differentials of a bag I was eyeing - the flamenco satchel messenger in AW2024 Mens. Instore for Singapore is a shocking S$4,600, and then I saw various etailers - reputable ones like Mr P and MyT - selling the bag at between S$2.8k to S$3.5k! I am ok with some pricing differentials, but my goodness an almost $2k differential is insanity. Hard for me to keep shopping locally for sure.

That is a big price difference for sure, and so crazy to think there are some people who don’t shop around for better price. I was eyeing this bag before because I loved the shape, then I saw pics on a model and thought to myself.. Nope, that’s too large for me LOL
