I did a little bit of outlet shopping yesterday. Stopped into Lane Crawford and they had a couple of parrot print items; love it so much, but the fabrics didn’t feel nice - also, I’m plus size and brands don’t make RTW for people like me. That said, I probably could have fit in the huge pink and green jumper. I adore it and might have brought it home, even though it rarely gets cold here, but I just can’t wear wool.
At the Loewe outlet I was hoping for a wider strap for my nugget, but they only had two straps that didn’t match the bag (and were ugly in their own right
). Had all these summer items I love though (stock photos for my own future reference):
I’d have bought them all if I had a money tree! Anyone have any of these? I spent a long time looking at the bottle cap flamenco but although the sequins seem firmly attached, I worried about them coming off over time. Kind of regret not getting the pouch as I love the print but I don’t own a basket bag and it felt stupid to buy something that will sit around waiting for me to potentially buy a bag to match it. Also in love with the cactus pocket but it really doesn’t hold much. Can’t even close it with my phone in. So cute though.
Anyway, this is what I got! He was there when I came to the outlet about a year ago (I think the woven fruit was the summer 2021 collection) but I went with a friend who said it was a stupid purchase and only let me get the cushion tote instead. And honestly, I don’t think she was wrong and I have got a lot of use out of the tote … but I looove him.
I also loved the strawberry but the pineapple is bigger. And *totally justifying myself here* it’s not as impractical as it looks.

I'm not sure if I may have met any of you guys at the Loewe fashion show?! Loewe treated their customers the best...much better than a lot of many other well known fashion houses, just in my opinion. Recently I went to Celine fashion show and although it was nice as it was, they way organized the event could not compare to how Loewe did at all. It's a small niche but very special.
