Many people have asked me how I lost a bunch of weight over the last few months - of course, I was working out 6 days a week (now I’m down to 5 for maintaining), but I also made some dietary changes, too, with the help of Amazon.

THE ABSOLUTE BEST Peanut Powder hands down. If I didn’t lose weight eating this every day I would think they’re lying. Your mouth will be sad if you ever go back to PB2!

Flavored PB Co: https://www.amazon.com/Flavored-Cookies-Peanut-Calories-All-Natural/dp/B09K4KH6Q9
(My favorite flavors are Cookies & Creme and Fudgy Brownie, but I also love Salted Caramel and Blueberry Crumble)

I LOVE coffee, particularly if it tastes just like coffee ice cream, but hot. Unfortunately that involved putting a lot of cr*p in it. I won’t use sugar, and I won’t use artificial sweetener, which leaves me with limited options, so I pretty much gave up coffee until I could find something reasonable to put in it that I actually liked:

Lankato Drinking Chocolate, sweetened with Monkfruit, which is natural and also does not taste like chemicals (I hate the taste of Stevia):

While the drinking chocolate does not taste all that sweet, it’s just enough. For days I need a bit “more”, I’m happy with this Vanilla Syrup, which does great double duty for any other beverage, too (brought a bit with me on a weekend trip and it saved my breakfast as they only had plain Greek yogurt :yucky: ):

I am a snacker so I had to limit my snacks to very healthy options.

Sweet & crunchy:

Sweet & not crunchy:

Extra Protein:
(my personal favorite is the Chicken Honey Barbecue)

Note, some of these items are Keto-friendly - I am not doing Keto (I don’t think it’s either healthy or sustainable long-term), it’s just that many Keto items now use sweeteners that are neither sugar nor artificial.

Fun thread! Here are some of my faves!

I have never been a fan of flavored or sparkling water until I tried Liquid Death Sparkling Mountain water. These are perfect to drink if you are craving something like a soda or an alcoholic beverage, but don't really want the calories or a hangover. They are also great to drink just as a little treat! I order these from Amazon and I also do the subscribe and save, and receive a monthly shipment!

I have bought different family members these outdoor solar lights shaped like flowers from here. They look awesome at nighttime and they are so fun and can be used year-round!

I really love my Kindle and purchase several books to read. My favorite recent book I have read is Paris: The Memoir. I have always been a fan of Paris Hilton, but I did not realize the trauma she went through in her life and was really shocked to learn about it. I read this on my Kindle, but there's an audio version and a paperback and hardcover for those who prefer to read that way.
