the mini K is a matter of taste and style. It is indeed VERY small. With that said, I am awaiting a podium order I placed for one. I already have SLGs and a phone that will fit and I know I would use it.

Oh I love etain! But fair enough if it didn’t work for you. I love RS but I guess I would be open to that in other styles as long as it’s nilo croc. I am not sure if I would be able to get much out of a mini k but it just looks so darn cute! Congrats on the podium order btw!

In defense of my stupid small mini-Kelly, I bought mine in Paris so I paid less than the full US price and I didn’t use my US quota. I have a fairly large collection so I have room for a silly bag now and then. And it is my favorite color and leather (celeste chevre). Of course, I would have preferred a celeste chevre K25/28 sellier, but who knew it would be offered this round?!?!?!

I have a mini kelly II in the same exact specs (she is not my only one, but only pop of color). She is small, but I am able to fit my compact bearn and lip gloss/lipstick and a keyfob, now this all fits but it is not closed. I would say see the piece, see if it makes your heart sing. RE with ghw is goooorgeous, plus as said before a 25cm is more functional! Good luck deciding. Hope this helps?:heart:

Thank you to everyone above that contributed and helped with my decision. If I multiquote this post will be huge! Anyway I went back this morning to the store and was informed by the lovely male sa that I met for the first time during my stay here, that they had no deliveries today. He also checked again his entire stock list and said I can pick from the following
- k28/25 sellier and Retourne ghw in lime, rouge tomate, blue Bosphore or however it’s spelt, noir but with SHW, etoupe with phw and vert vertigo with ghw
- mini Kelly rose azalee but with phw
- baby b in feu or purple ghw
None of the above spoke to me as well as the RE did so I decided to just bite the bullet, when I saw her I remembered everything you ladies said above, she’s gorgeous, the size is PERFECT, the mini k would just be too small.
Very pleased with my new baby, here she is but she appears every red in this photo

The IGer quite literally had NOTHING in her bag. And it was croc =/
Why? Trying to show off is my guess... it came off quite crass. She did state the bag was cute but useless.

I wish my boutique had a room like that!!! I hate how out in the wiiiiiddddeeee open range I feel when getting my bags.

Yes, you need to have a certain lifestyle to actually get use out of a mini K. It’s really just for going out in the evenings or to events, that’s it.

I do not cook. It is better for the physical and mental health of everyone in my house if I do not attempt dinner. And DH needs that quiet time with me to decompress from work, so consequently we go out most nights. Carrying a B30 again, I realize it’s gorgeous but too big for my lifestyle. Trying to figure out what to do with it at restaurants is getting a little stressful. To have a mini K to throw in my iPhone (the smaller one), calvi and lipgloss and/or mini purell - I don’t need anything else at night (probably don’t even need the lipgloss, I never reapply it). It can sit on my lap under the napkin or behind me or on the chair. If you’re not going to get that kind of use from it, the K25 is always the better choice - it’s currently my favorite size for day-to-night.

and that color is sooooooooo gooooooorgeous!!!!!

I agree. It’s great as like a wallet on chain. Throw your phone in and a Calvi and your good to go. Evenings out or when you go sightseeing and you don’t want to carry a big bag
