I love my RA K25 but I haven't been wearing her much bc I really need a cross body strap!!!

One of the very few advantages to being just a bit shorter! I’m 5’4” and threw mine on crossbody at airport baggage claim today.

Yes to the crossbody! I use my evelyne tpm strap on the Kelly to have crossbody. It’s a pop of color, but I think the strap works. Same hardware. Cost of evelyne is only $600 more than the Hermès canvas strap, so I figure I’m getting 2 for 1.5 lol

Not a big fan of the Constance because of the massive H.. love raisin! That’s why my SA saved it for me.. told her if the leather color & hardware contrast isn’t too big the I will consider. She’s gonna look for an etain with RGHW for me

I’m 5’6” and I feel my k28 retourne noir GHW is almost too big. I don’t wear it very often because of this. Black with GHW is hard to beat though. Curious what you end up deciding.

I have this bag, exact specs. I also have a 28 K Retourne. I am 5.6"
I find I use the 32K more in the fall and winter, with my big sweaters and coats I love the way it looks. My 28 is something I use all year round.
The best thing it to go and look at it, but if you're not sure, wait for the right size/

Thank you! I also have a K28 which I love the look of, but black + gold is a great combo. I feel especially lucky because I was offered these specs with no purchase history at this particular boutique, so I fear if I turn this down I won’t be receiving another anytime soon. Anyway I’ll go try it in person and see what I think tomorrow

Go and try it is really the only way to go. I think it’s not just a clear cut line - it’s really personal taste and preference. I think if you put it on you will know!

For what it’s worth though the original Grace Kelly is a 32 and she is shorter than you

Congrats on the surprise SO offer! I believe the interior is Etain, not Graphite as the latter hasn't been offered in a while. 2016 was the start of SO for bicolor Constance, if I recall correctly.

Thanks! The interior is indeed graphite as indicated on the order form that my SA grabbed from the back office, the order was placed 3 years ago. I own 5 other Etain bags and graphite is distinctively a true charcoal gray with no undertone. Will take another pic in daylight to show it better.

Here’s a photo in daylight and another with my Etain Birkin on the right. Graphite is indeed the lining color and it’s a nice dark charcoal gray! I will post this also in the color reference thread, and will stop now since it is way off topic on this thread. Thanks!
