I did get it, and I still can’t believe it!! Please excuse the mess - I was in a rush to unbox her and make sure I wasn’t hallucinating the whole thing!

It’s very difficult to capture the true color in photos...

Just amazing. How and when does one (you) carry a bag like this? Please take some additional pictures of that beauty out in the wild. I will assume that you have sufficient insurance on it. Congrats!

Thank you so much! This is my only B30, so I am planning on carrying it whenever I need a dark neutral bag of this size (unless it’s raining, of course!) I have a fairly casual lifestyle but intend to use it regularly in my day to day life. She’s already been to Sunday brunch yesterday and house shopping. I will be sure to snap more photos when she’s out and about!

Ohh thank you! I will look into it more.
Research matte gator. DON’T TAKE MY WORD FOR IT, but I spoke to a craftsperson who said matte (croc, I think) is fine in the rain.

NO reptile should get wet! The craftperson who suggested matt croc would be fine in the rain should be fired!
The manufacturing process used to create the croc and alligator items (bags, CDCs, SLG’s etc) leaves them vunerable to water. A quick search of this forum using words like ‘croc’, ‘water’, ‘damage’, should yield a wealth of information.

This was told to me by the head craftsperson at Madison. He insisted to me, personally, that matte Gator is fine in the rain. I don’t necessarily agree, but we had a whole conversation about it.
