Seriously interested in purchasing the PSM or PSMM for a 24 y/o.

I love mine. I was gifted a Neverfull MM for college graduation - but the very first LV bag I bought with my own money was the PSM.

You can wear it crossbody along with backpack style (or one shoulder) and it is very cute. Naturally, if you like to carry a lot of stuff - this may be a bit small for you. But it carries my essentials - my Victorine wallet, card holder, sanitizer, key pouch/car keys, and lotion with still room to spare. I could even fit my Toiletry 15 in it if I played Tetris with my stuff (but that would be pushing it).

I've had mine for almost a year now and I would say the only wear and tear that concerns me is the front pocket corners - but the scuffs I've noticed are very very miniscule and barely visible.

What happened to the front pocket corners? I just recently got a PSM and I'm wondering what kind of wear and tear I should look out for.

I attached marked pictures of the corners of the front pocket of my PSM. There’s scuffing of the canvas in the corners BUT I literally had to super zoom in on my phone to clearly see them. I also had this bag for a year now and have used it religiously. That’s all I’ve noticed so far - as far as wear and tear. Hope this helps.

Oohh I see! Thank you, this helps! Have you experienced any particular areas of the bag where the monogram has started to fade/scratch off? Maybe some areas more so than others? This is my everyday bag and I'm imagining that the bottom/back part will probably show wear since it's the part that touches me the most when I wear it.

Nope, the monogram canvas overall looks perfect like when I just got it. The straps have softened up a bit as well.
