Considering the Palm Spring Mini Backpack

I love mine. I was gifted a Neverfull MM for college graduation - but the very first LV bag I bought with my own money was the PSM.
You can wear it crossbody along with backpack style (or one shoulder) and it is very cute. Naturally, if you like to carry a lot of stuff - this may be a bit small for you. But it carries my essentials - my Victorine wallet, card holder, sanitizer, key pouch/car keys, and lotion with still room to spare. I could even fit my Toiletry 15 in it if I played Tetris with my stuff (but that would be pushing it).
I've had mine for almost a year now and I would say the only wear and tear that concerns me is the front pocket corners - but the scuffs I've noticed are very very miniscule and barely visible.

Not sure if you’re particularly picky about where it’s made.
I got my PSM June of last year. I think I’m one of the lucky few with a made in Texas one and no peeling on the corners. Alignment is about as good as it gets. I’m not hard on my bags but I don’t baby them. It’s one of my most-used bags!
You are a lucky gal. Yay made in Spain. Glad for you. I’m not extremely picky where it’s made. But I prefer made in France, Italy, Spain. What I did notice, seeing numerous videos is that the top handles appear to be placed differently. Some in the middle. Others toward the top back of the bag. Have you noticed? I did see some pics here where the handles are noticeably misaligned if you look at the bag from the top - mine is somewhere in the middle!
I’ve had mine since it first launched and I love it. No signs of wear for me personally, but I know a lot of people have had issues with the zipper, hence the introduction of the new zipper. Mine fits heaps, my victorine wallet, hand sanitizer, sunnies, tissues, coin purse, and in the odd occasion I can also carry hubby’s wallet and phone too. I use it crossbody with a Pom Pom, and it’s gorgeous! Great bag to have in anyone’s collection.
From what I noticed on several videos the psm from Spain are more in the middle vs the USA made.
I am not sure what PSMM is, but the PSM (Palm Springs Mini prob gets my vote).
If it helps I'm 23 - so a similar age. I was debating between buying it and the Pochette Metis when I'm in London next month, but I'm pretty sold on the PSM. It's just a lot more versatile and I personally only carry my key pouch, some makeup, hand sanitizer, mask, and my phone. I think the PSM is a great choice for anyone, but especially someone who is younger and always on the go. I'm planning on taking mine with me when traveling (again, cause I tend to pack light). She could carry the bag by the handle or wear it as a crossbody or backpack.

If I may, on a different note.
I’ve been “hunting” for one (PSM) made in Europe. I found after receiving two (which happen to be made in USA) that the workmanship is not up to the standards as made in France, or Italy. My girlfriends (3) have made in France and we compared. On mine, stitching was off. The alignment of the flowers were off. The circle around the flower not a complete circle. I’m not kidding. I have nothing at all against items made in USA. But this particular item I think maybe with the new factory in Texas the workers may be new... learning...I don’t know why ...If anyone knows how to get ahold of one made in France, please let me know. Thank you!
