Ok, so this is what happens when you have an amazing find but because it’s the last one and there are imperfections, what do you do? My 20C grey arrived but the clasp looks tilted to the right and the stitching on back is not fully lined up. Thoughts? Is it bad enough to return or since it’s handmade, it happens?
The clasp looks perfect to me. It’s perfectly centered if you measure within the leather area (the small part for clasp). It does look tilted though, but after I look closer, I think it’s because the flap is a bit down on the right side. When you put things inside and start to use it, the flap usually adjust. So maybe see if it’s still a problem after you straighten the flap?
As for the stitching on the back pocket, I see a very little imperfection but I’m not sure if it’s enough to justify an exchange considering it’s the last one and no major issue found. But it’s just me. Good luck. It’s a pretty shade btw.

The clasp looks normal but the back stitching would bother me.
Finally pulled the trigger on the classic flap! Wish it wasn’t after the crazy price increase, but hey win some, lose some. I’m in loooove... This is 30 series caviar MIF 
I prefer my caviar with a little bit of sheen.

The flap is not a hard flap that needs to align perfectly when closed. It’s a malleable piece of leather. I think especially when you start using it and the flap will be pulled upwards by the chain straps it will probably align better.
For the back stitching alignment I totally see it. But I bet no one in this world will see it besides you. So it’s probably just a matter of how much it bothers you. However if it were me, I’d contact my SA to see if I can exchange. It doesn’t hurt to choose the best one that’s available.

I do see what you are talking about, but I’m in the “it’s handmade so it happens” camp. I’ve also seen MUCH worse. I wouldn’t let it bother me since it’s such a special color and a truly epic find. If you are concerned about authenticating in the future I think most authenticators use other identifying details and something like this wouldn’t factor into the evaluation.
