Okay I was going to return my sapphire Sutton at macys and get the electric blue selma .... But went to Macys today and it was down to 138 with tax 150 !!! I decided to keep it ������ after hearing everything with the Sutton with the strap I didn't want it but for that price , I already ordered the sapphire selma from nordstrom had them price match it last night since I was going to return my Sutton, now I don't need both.for the price should I just keep her and cancel my order for the elctric blue selma? Large selma is 273 with my nordstrom note

Why don't you wait until your Selma arrives and then decide? You can always return the one you like least.

I don't like how snaps come undone on side of Sutton at random times and the long strap has had issues from what you be read. I like look but stay away for these reasons. I love my Selmas

My Claret Sutton does comes unsnapped on one side which is annoying. My Dark Pink does not. I hand carry so the strap issue people mention is something I have not experienced personally

I really love both bags so it's a hard decision for me. I love the organization of the Sutton but hate how the shoulder straps pulls on the bag. I don't have any negatives with my Selma so I lean slightly towards it as my preference. Plus, the Selma just looks so chic when carried....... ;)

I have one of each and the selma is definitely my favorite. I love the simple shape of the sutton and how it doesn't look too bulky crossbody. I don't love the side snaps, I think they are a little tacky but they don't bother me much. I don't like the open top; it limits my use for the bag. I carry my jet set unzipped as well, but since it goes under my shoulder it's harder for others to reach in...and I CAN zip it when I need to. My favorite think about my sutton is the color lol!!! I won't buy another one though. I have a pearl grey selma and just ordered a grape. Originally I liked the sutton more but now that I have both I'm selma all the way!

I have been dead set on a selma the past few days until I stumbled onto sutton. I like the 2 zippered compartments. Are they big enough to fit a wallet and cell phone on the medium? I'm looking for a sturdy bag to carry my essentials plus a few diapers, wipes, and snacks. I also will be wearing it crossbody most of the time. Which is better suited to my needs? I'm a MK newbie :)

The Sutton should work for you as long as you don't carry heavy things. The shoulder strap doesn't work well with heavy loads. :sad: I have it in large, not medium, so can't comment on the medium size.

Yeah with the little bit of research I've done I read that it can hang a bit funny when loaded up. I wish I could somehow merge the 2 styles!

I had the medium and wound up taking it back and getting the large. It looks great cross body but it does hang funny when full. It's a gorgeous bag but I won't be buying another one. If you try it and it works for you I'm sure you will love it. MK has the medium grape on clearance!

It is listed in clearance but when I add it to my cart it says it is full price. Am I doing something wrong?

The pink/black colorblock sutton is sold out too. I really like that combo as well. I placed an order for the selma pink/black colorblock yesterday on macys.com but I think it will get canceled because it was taken off the website right after I checked out.
