Michael Kors Selma or Miranda tote??

2 stars, I don't know if you are responding to me or coivcte, but I see the shadow now. If that's a crease, but the soft leather isn't actually damaged, I'd say live with it, if you can. Since the bag is completely sold out, you can no longer do an exchange. If you really are unhappy with it, return it.

I believe coivcte has the same size and color Miranda as you. Mine are both large and neither has any such creases.

The leather isn't damaged and I think I can live with it. The MK representative I spoke with before sending customer service an email with pictures of the bag said she could give me an additional 10% off the bag. She said if I wasn't satisfied with whatever response I got from cs to call back and ask that the 10% be refunded to me. I might do that tonight but i'm still debating if I want to keep her. Too much going on in my life right now

I decided to keep it since I love it so much. I love how open the inside of it is. I saw one for sale on ebay about 2 days ago.

Coivcte I ended up returning mine. I had really bad buyers remorse and couldn't bare the thought of damaging it. Plus I didn't love it as much as I thought I would maybe if it had been in a different color I would have felt different. Now i'm on the hunt for a pink bag on sale. Unfortunately there aren't any sales on pink bags right now.
