I can't decide if I should keep the medium selma in fuschia or the extra small Miranda in elephant. The selma I bought at the beginning of December and haven't used her yet. The Miranda just came in the mail today.

I love the fuschia color but somehow cant seem to pull the color off with my wardrobe. It's my first ever bright colored bag. The Miranda is just so pretty and I love that it comes with silver hardware. I'm just afraid I'll have to baby her all the time.

That's a tough choice! I have been eyeing the fuchsia large Selma for awhile, I think it's a good everyday purse, which fits my current lifestyle of being a housewife; the Miranda tote is more expensive and dressier to me, but I also think it will also look great with plain shirts and jeans. The color you have is neutral that can go with everything too :)

Do you plan to carry a lot? The small Miranda tote is much smaller than the large Selma if I remember right.

Both are gorgeous purses! Good luck deciding! Let us know which you choose :)

No contest! Keep the Miranda...especially if you have other Selmas and haven't used your fuschia one yet and can't figure out how to fit it into your wardrobe. The Miranda tote leather is way more durable than you think. I think it is more durable than the soft leather MK bags in the ready-to-wear line. There is definitely a difference between the quality of the bag materials between the two lines.

Also, the Miranda has more neutral colors that will be easier to coordinate with your outfits. And it is the x-small version, which can be carried cross-body for casual wear. IMO, the Miranda wins hands down!!! :ps:

The selma I have is the medium size. I nornally carry my wallet, small cosmetic bag, personal cell phone as well as work cell phone, gum, car keys, office keys and small lotion bottle. I think the size is perfect for me. I'm only 5'3 and bigger bags look funny on me.

I'm leaning towards the Miranda. I also got a great price on it and doubt I'll find another for that price. I'm just afraid I'll have to baby her and I would be so upset if I ruined something that expensive.

The first thing I do when I buy a new bag, any brand, is try to work it in my wardrobe. If I can get a couple of dress outfits and casual outfits, it stays. If not, bye-bye, does not matter how good of a deal. The miranda seems to work for you, so keep it. As long as your not swinging your miranda around, dragging it on the floor, letting it fall off the passenger seat in your car (happens quite often), you should be fine LOL!!. I love your miranda because its neutral. Enjoy it.

I live in the northwest so I guess I see the fuschia selma as more of a spring/summer bag. Whereas the Miranda I could possibly use her all year long. I already have 3 other selmas medium dark dune, medium navy and medium black with shw (had to hunt for her). I also have a deep pink jet set tote in small.

Not sure what the sales looked like a couple of weeks ago but I ordered mine last week. I was just browsing through the MK website and saw the Miranda on sale. I texted the hubby and he told me to go ahead order it and return my selma. After I ordered it I had buyers remorse I've never spent that much money on a handbag before.

I had been drooling over both your Mirandas they are gorgeous. :loveeyes::heart:
