I was looking for a messenger in the luggage colour, searched all mk stores, harrods, Selfridges, Harvey Nichols.. no luck. even online the only place that has them is bloomingdales in the us. I thought luggage would be an easy colour to find, but not in the messenger!

yaaaaaay, big thanks to mich206, have just ordered the luggage Selma messenger. would never had known if I hadn't signed up here, been lurking and just reading posts for months now. anyway thanks a lot x

hi there, I have a question regarding the measurement for the selma messenger bag.
It's due to there are like different measurement for mini and medium and i'm confused.


mini - 8-1/2" W x 5-1/2" H x 3" D
mini - 7"W x 5"H x 3"D
medium - 10-1/2" W x 6-1/2" H x 3" D
medium - 9"W x 7"H x 4"D

May i know which is the correct one?
The width is measured by the bottom of the bag?

My mini is in the shop being repaired but I'm 99% sure that the bottom is 7" and the top is 8.5". I could fit a small wallet, keys, iPhone, lip gloss, and sunglasses in there, it fits more than you'd think!

This is my large selma messenger. I love the look of the bag, and it's a great size with a long strap. It can hold my Betsey Johnson wallet, a coach wristlet I use as a coin purse, my Prada sunglasses in their case, Chapstick, chubby stick lipgloss, and I've managed to squeeze a water bottle in there with my phone as well. It has a tight opening which is probably the only issue I have with it. I haven't used either of the ones I have enough to know for sure if that will soften a little and become easier to get in and out of, but it's so pretty so I deal with it. Also, this is just me personally, I like the security of zipper closings but I hate using zippers. Silly right? That's just me though
