Usher taking the stand backs up that in 2010 he saw Diddy hitting Cassie "hard"
in addition to testimony about the time Usher was living with Diddy & saw strange things going
on (Usher was 13 at the time & lived in Diddy's house)

So far we have had numerous accounts of different witnesses (and CCTV) stating or showing physical assault.

Those that have said "it's only domestic violence" (italics my stress). I am not in the US, but I am pretty sure that's also against the law and an 'only' thing. Those same people should also look at the professional relationship she and SC's had, one album release out of ten (contract) suggests she was neither GF nor artist to him but kept.

Not only has the whole court case has blown-up on YT, day by day and even hour by hour, all the ol rumours of SC pressuring young male artists (Usher included) back in the day/more recently are being re-aired and shared and shared again.

it was just disclosed that he blackmailed Cassie’s parents but yet, it is somehow the victim’s fault.
Today, Kid Cudi is going to testify what he went thru and witnessed when dated Cassie. (Including his car being blown off)
Can’t wait to see the new rationalizations.
Some just hate women, this is the only explanation possible at this point.

This is about power, control, exploitation, money & whole host of other bad behaviors
against women. Women don't solicit abuse.
Unfortunately, there are men who just exude entitlement among other notorious actions
& look for their prey by offering them a world of look what I got for you.. & women & young girls
sadly fall victim to all this not knowing what is in store for them, emotionally as well as physically
especially when a career is being started

I believe that Cassie was still a teen when she first 'dating' SC. I am not saying that more mature ladies don't fall victim to control, coercion and abuse, but there is a reason why these men pray on younger women (and men) and it's not always just for attraction. Younger people are usually easier to manipulate, still more dependent and believe in showbiz fairytales.

Also coming into focus the "assault weapons" & there is someone known in the Diddy circle
as the "Punisher" which will be revealed or possibly has been.

He was on the stand yesterday (although I am in a different timezone). 'Punisher' called himself a 'stripper', but I guess he was open to more 'active' paid roles. According to his testimony, he was a regular 'employee' for SC's FOs. He was also a witness to SC being violent towards C.

I think they are saving the stuff about the weapons. They will probably revisit the 1999 incident at some point - although I think the defence will try to make sure they don't.

and younger women are not cooked yet! they can still be trained to do what these men want and act like they want them too. yes there are weak and easily taken advantage of older women but then they have to deal with all they have already been taught.

Young women are impressionable. They haven't learned about life in this context.
Cassie was young, vulnerable, attractive, wanted a career & wanted to please him thinking it
was "love"..she was a toy to be used for his whims.. SD was older but that didn't matter nor did he care.
He commented that she is "young & malleable".. That says it all..
He seduced her thinking this was the world she should live in & be in. Subservient to his
physical abuse...& then some including "freak offs" which leads one's imagination to run wild
The word sex slave has been used multiple times. That's what he wanted, that's what he was
looking for & now there is a price to be paid for his exploitations compounded by what else
is going to be brought out during the trial
His life will never be the same whether he is convicted or not besides which his mother is
sitting in the courtroom.. Can't imagine what she must be thinking of her "son"

He (billionaire) blackmailed her parents (regular people) for $20K. Cassie must have had to tell her parents at least some of what was on the tape too, a totally degrading experience for her over and above already being degraded. Once someone is blackmailed, how can you ever say that person is consenting to anything ever again. This is SC's MO. Degrade, control, degrade, control.

Can one imagine what she might have been told by Diddy!
Cassie's mother took out a mortgage, followed the instructions where the money was to be sent
& then the Diddy's bookkeeper returned the money within a few days.
Was Sean testing the waters just to see how far Cassie's mother was willing to go?
Whatever details Cassie shared with her mother, her mother likely wanted to shield & protect her
from further blackmail & paid what he was asking for
Yes, power, degrade, control, blackmail
Rather a despicable character Diddy was to do this..

It’s a bizarre situation. Isn’t blackmail usually done by someone who wants/needs the money? A multimillionaire blackmailing someone’s mother doesn’t serve any purpose other than putting the blackmailer at risk for an extortion arrest. Why did he even know her mother?

Blackmail is very often done by someone who wants to be in a position of power & control.
That describes Diddy. It just wasn't about the money & 20K could not impact this powerful music mogul
or make a difference in his life, however, it could make a difference in Cassie's life & of course
her mother.
The money was returned but he likely knew that it would be a financial hardship for her mother,
hence the power, plus we don't know exactly what he intended to reveal to her mother or
the conversation that Cassie had with her mother, but her mother made the decision to "pay"
in all likelihood to save Cassie's reputation.
If the tapes were as explicit as Diddy eluded to, Cassie's career & future could be in jeopardy.
As far as a potential arrest for extortion, he likely has powerful lawyers that could put a spin on all
this.
